FluxConvert is a free, browser-based file conversion service. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Files you submit for conversion are processed in memory on our servers solely to perform the requested conversion. We do not store, log, or retain your files after the conversion response is sent. Files are deleted from temporary storage immediately after processing.
FluxConvert does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information to use the service.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then automatically deleted.
FluxConvert does not share your files or personal data with third parties. Our infrastructure may use cloud hosting providers that process data under their own privacy policies.
All connections to FluxConvert are encrypted via HTTPS. File uploads are transmitted securely and never accessible to other users.
FluxConvert is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use ofFluxConvert after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
